Subsections (5) and (6) were substituted for the former subsection (5) (as inserted by section 9(1) Decimal Currency Amendment Act 1965), as from 7 June 1967, by section 2(1) of the Decimal Currency Amendment Act 1967. See section 2(3) of that Act.
Parts 3 to 5 (sections 9 to 34) and SCHEDULE were repealed, as from 1 February 1990, by section 186(1) Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989 (1989 No 157).
