(1) Without prejudice to the power to make regulations conferred by section 59 of this Act the Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council, make regulations controlling or restricting the establishment and closing of crematoria, prescribing the conditions subject to which and the manner in which cremations are to be carried out, and providing for all matters incidental thereto.
(2) No person shall carry out or procure or take part in any cremation except in accordance with regulations made under this section.
(3) The provisions of sections 38 to 40 of this Act shall be subject to any regulations made under this section.
