[Repealed]
Section 111 was substituted, as from 20 July 1987, by section 10 Education Amendment Act (No 2) 1987 (1987 No 177).
Sections 107A-129B were repealed, as from 1 October 1989 by section 142 (3) Education Act 1989 (1989 No 80).
Subsection (3) was to be substituted, as from 1 January 1990 by section 11(2) Education Amendment Act (No 2) 1987 (1987 No 177), but section 111 was repealed before that amendment came into force.
