In subsection (3) the reference to the Director-General of Social Welfare was substituted for a reference to the Superintendent of Child Welfare, as from 1 April 1972 by section 30(c) of the Department of Social Welfare Act 1971 (1971 No 60).
Sections 107A-129B were repealed, as from 1 October 1989 by section 142 (3) Education Act 1989 (1989 No 80).
