Acts are laws made by Parliament
All fees and other money received under this Act shall be paid into the Crown Bank Account, and all expenses incurred in the administration of this Act or in the exercise by the Minister of any of the powers conferred by section 11 shall be paid out of money to be from time to time appropriated by Parliament for the purpose.
