Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) Except as provided in subsections (2) and (3) of this section, nothing in this Act shall derogate from the provisions of the Resource Management Act 1991.
(2) Nothing in section 11 or Part 10 of the Resource Management Act 1991 shall apply to sections 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, or Part 4 of this Act.
(3) Nothing in section 11 or Part 10 of the Resource Management Act 1991 shall apply to a deposit of a stage unit plan or a complete unit plan in accordance with the Unit Titles Amendment Act 1979.
Section 2A was inserted, as from 1 October 1991, by section 362 Resource Management Act 1991 (1991 No 69).
