24 Dealing with stratum estate in leasehold

• The lessor's consent shall not be required to any dealing with a stratum estate in leasehold:

  Provided that for the purposes of this subsection the deposit of a plan of redevelopment in accordance with the provisions of section 44 of this Act affecting any unit shall not be deemed to be a dealing with the stratum estate in leasehold in that unit.
