11A Advice of Secretary for Local Government as to applications for rebates or refunds

• Notwithstanding anything in this Act, the Clerk of a territorial authority or other authorised officer may at any time seek advice from the Secretary for Local Government on any matter connected with any application for a rebate or refund of rates under this Act.

  Section 11A was inserted, as from 13 December 1979, by section 2 Rates Rebate Amendment Act 1979 (1979 No 106).
