(1) This Act may be cited as the Admiralty Act 1973.
(2) This Act shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General, by Order in Council.
Section 1(2): this Act brought into force, on 1 August 1976, by the Admiralty Act Commencement Order 1976 (SR 1976/194).
