(1) This Act may be cited as the Housing Corporation Act 1974.
(2) This Act shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council.
Section 1(2): this Act brought into force, on 14 October 1974, by the Housing Corporation Act Commencement Order 1974 (SR 1974/245).
