Marine and Power Engineers' Institute Industrial Disputes Act 1974

2 Interpretation

• In this Act—

  Institute means the New Zealand Institute of Marine and Power Engineers incorporated under the Marine and Power Engineers' Institute Incorporation Act 1925

  branch, in relation to the Institute, means the Auckland Branch of the New Zealand Institute of Marine and Power Engineers or the Wellington Branch of the New Zealand Institute of Marine and Power Engineers incorporated under section 3 of the said Act; and includes any other branch of the Institute incorporated under section 4 of the said Act.
