19 Administration of integrated schools

(1)

Save as provided by this Act, all the provisions of the Education Act 1964 and of any other Act relating to the education of the people of New Zealand in State schools shall apply to an integrated school.

(2)

Subject to the provisions of sections 3 and 4, when a private school is integrated it shall thereafter be required to be controlled and managed and to operate in all respects as if it were a State school established under Part 3 of the Education Act 1964.
