Acts are laws made by Parliament
The Fire Authority of each territorial area shall be the territorial authority having territorial jurisdiction in respect of that area.
Section 10: substituted, on 1 January 1991, by section 8 of the Forest and Rural Fires Amendment Act 1990 (1990 No 137).
