Acts are laws made by Parliament
The Fire Authority of each territorial area shall be the territorial authority having territorial jurisdiction in respect of that area.
Section 10 was substituted, as from 1 January 1991, by section 8 Forest and Rural Fires Amendment Act 1990 (1990 No 137).
