5B Management of wild animals

• The Minister shall administer and manage wild animals in accordance with—

  • (a) Statements of general policy under section 5(1)(ca) of this Act; and

  • (b) Wild animal control plans under section 5(1)(d) of this Act; and

  • (c) Conservation management strategies.

  Sections 5A and 5B were inserted, as from 10 April 1990, by section 37 Conservation Law Reform Act 1990 (1990 No 31).
