20 Special provisions relating to goats

  Subsection (1)(c) was amended, as from 1 October 1993, by section 168(1) Biosecurity Act 1993 (1993 No 95) by substituting the words “the Animal Identification Act 1993” for the words “Part 5 of the Animals Act 1967”.

  Subsection (2) was repealed, as from 1 October 1993, by section 167(1) Biosecurity Act 1993 (1993 No 95).

  Subsection (3) was amended, as from 1 April 1987, by substituting the words “warranted officer” for the words “Forest Officer” pursuant to section 65(1) Conservation Act 1987 (1987 No 65). See also section 2(2) Forests Act 1949 (1949 No 19), which repealed the definition of forest officer and inserted a new definition Forestry officer.

  Section 20 was repealed, as from 25 November 1994, by section 6 Wild Animal Control Amendment Act 1994 (1994 No 114).
