25 Obligations of holders of permits

  Subsection (1) was amended, as from 14 December 1979, by section 8(d) Wild Animal Control Amendment Act 1979 (1979 No 146) by omitting the words “by or with the assistance of aircraft”.

  Part 2 (comprising sections 21 to 23) was substituted, as from 1 October 1999, for the previous Part 2 (comprising sections 21 to 26) by section 9 Wild Animal Control Amendment Act 1997 (1997 No 80).
