26 Allocation, cancellation, and variation of permits

  Subsection (1) was amended, as from 14 December 1979, by section 8(e) Wild Animal Control Amendment Act 1979 (1979 No 146) by omitting the words “using aircraft”.

  Part 2 (comprising sections 21 to 23) was substituted, as from 1 October 1999, for the previous Part 2 (comprising sections 21 to 26) by section 9 Wild Animal Control Amendment Act 1997 (1997 No 80).

  The references to the Trespass Act 1980, the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and the Air Services Licensing Act 1983 were substituted for references to the repealed Trespass Act 1968, Civil Aviation Act 1964 and the Air Services Licensing Act 1951. The Air Services Licensing Act 1983 was repealed, as from 1 September 1990, by section 101(1) Civil Aviation Act 1990.
