(1) This Act may be cited as the Road User Charges Act 1977.
(2) Section 26 of this Act shall come into force on the 1st day of March 1978.
(3) Sections 28 and 33 of this Act shall come into force on the day on which this Act receives the Governor-General's assent.
(4) Subject to subsections (2) and (3) of this section, this Act shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1978.
