This Act is administered by the Ministry of Justice.

An Act to give effect to—

(a)

the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes Against Internationally Protected Persons, including Diplomatic Agents, 1973; and

(b)

the Convention Against the Taking of Hostages 1979; and

(c)

the Convention on the Safety of United Nations and Associated Personnel 1994; and

(d)

the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Safety of United Nations and Associated Personnel 1994;—

and for matters incidental to the implementation of those Conventions
