Any District Court Judge or Justice or Community Magistrate, or any Registrar of a District Court (not being a constable), may issue a search warrant, if, on application in writing made on oath, he is satisfied that there is reasonable ground for believing that on any premises a contest is being conducted in breach of this Act or any regulations made under it; and the provisions of sections 198 and 199 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957 shall apply accordingly.
