Acts are laws made by Parliament
In any case to which section 9 of this Act applies, the member of the Police executing the warrant or any of his assistants may, without further warrant, arrest any person found on the premises if he has reasonable ground to believe that that person is committing or has committed an offence against this Act or any regulations made under it.
