Acts are laws made by Parliament
The Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council, add to or omit from Part 1 or Part 2 of Schedule 1 any disease or physiological condition or class of disease or physiological condition, or otherwise amend that schedule, and every such Order in Council shall have effect according to its terms.
