130 Register of members of credit union


Every credit union shall set up and maintain an indexed register of members showing separately—


ordinary members:


non-qualifying members within the meaning of section 106(4).


The register shall show—


the name and address of each member:


the date on which the member joined the credit union or changed category as a member:


the date on which any person ceased to be a member.


The register of members shall also show such other particulars as may from time to time be prescribed by the Registrar.


The register shall be kept at the registered office of the credit union, and shall be open to inspection during ordinary office hours by any member of the credit union.
