105 Restriction on delegation

• (1) The Commission may not delegate its powers to grant, revoke, or vary an authorisation under this Act.

  Subsection (1) was amended, as from 1 July 1990, by section 38 Commerce Amendment Act 1990 (1990 No 41), by omitting the words “grant a clearance or”.

  Subsection (1) was amended, as from 2 September 1996, by section 11 Commerce Amendment Act 1996 (1996 No 113) by inserting, after the word “Act”, the words “or under the Fair Trading Act 1986”.

  Section 105 was substituted, as from 25 January 2005, by section 200 Crown Entities Act 2004 (2004 No 115).

  Section 105(1): amended, on 14 October 2008, by section 24(1) of the Commerce Amendment Act 2008 (2008 No 70).
