Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) The appropriate prescribed fee shall be payable for every endorsement of particulars under this Act, and the fee shall accompany the notice of change of ownership.

Subsection (1) was amended, as from 1 December 1994, by section 15 Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing Amendment Act 1992 (1992 No 110) by substituting the words “prescribed fee”
for the words “fee prescribed in Part 3 of Schedule 2 to this Act”

Subsection (1) was amended, as from 30 October 1995, by section 7(1) Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Amendment Act 1995 (1995 No 45) by omitting the words “section 24 of”
