Acts are laws made by Parliament
There shall from time to time be appointed, under the State Sector Act 1988, such other officers and employees of the Ministry as may be necessary for the efficient carrying out of the functions of the Ministry.
This section was amended, as from 1 April 1988, by section 90(a) State Sector Act 1988 (1988 No 20) by substituting the reference to the “State Services Act 1962”
for a reference to the “State Sector Act 1988”
