There is hereby established an authority to be called the New Zealand Conservation Authority.
Section 6A: brought into force, on 25 May 1990, by the Conservation Act Commencement Order 1990 (SR 1990/115).
Section 6A: inserted, on 10 April 1990, by section 5 of the Conservation Law Reform Act 1990 (1990 No 31).
