(1) Every person commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding $2,000 who falsely represents in writing to the licensee or a manager of any licensed premises, or to any employee of the licensee, that he or she is a person to whom liquor may be sold or supplied under the licence.
(2) Every person commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding $1,000 who falsely represents otherwise than in writing to the licensee or a manager of any licensed premises, or to any employee of the licensee, that he or she is a person to whom liquor may be sold or supplied under the licence.
