Acts are laws made by Parliament
All fees and other money (not being fines, infringement fees, or other penalties) received or recovered for the purposes of this Act shall be paid or credited to the Agency.

Section 65 was amended, as from 20 August 1993, by section 35(1) Land Transport Act 1993 (1993 No 88) by substituting the words “shall be paid or credited to the Authority”
for the words “and payable to the Crown shall by paid or credited to the Ministry's Departmental Bank Account”
