139AJA Delegations

• (1) The Council may not delegate any of its functions or powers—

  • (a) to make rules:

  • (b) relating to deregistration:

  • (c) to appoint a chief executive.

  (2) This section applies despite section 73 of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
