166 Incorporation

(1)

Each body that is established as a university under section 162(2) after the commencement of section 162, and each college of education, polytechnic, specialist college, or wananga, is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and is capable of—

(a)

holding real and personal property; and

(b)

suing and being sued; and

(c)

otherwise doing and suffering all that bodies corporate may do and suffer.

(2)

This section does not limit the generality of section 192(1).
