96 Caveat may be withdrawn


Any caveat may be withdrawn by the caveator or by the caveator’s attorney or agent under a written authority, and either as to the whole or any part of the management rights or spectrum licence protected by the caveat.


Every withdrawal of a caveat shall be made in the prescribed form.
