128 Penalties


Every person who commits an offence against this Act, or against any regulations made under this Act, for which no penalty is provided elsewhere than in this section shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding,—


in the case of an individual, $30,000:


in the case of a body corporate, $200,000.


Where an offence is a continuing offence, a further fine of an amount not exceeding $1,000 for every day or part of a day during which the offence has continued may be imposed.
