(1)This Act may be cited as the Smoke-free Environments Act 1990.
(2)Part 1 of this Act shall come into force on the expiry of 3 months after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
(3)Part 2 of this Act shall come into force on the 16th day of December 1990.
(4)Except as provided in subsections (2) and (3) of this section, this Act shall come into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
