Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) No prosecution for an offence against any provision of this Part shall be commenced except on the information of a person appointed pursuant to section 14.
(2) Notwithstanding anything in section 14 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957, any information in respect of any offence against any provision of this Part may be laid at any time within 1 year after the time when the matter of the information arose.
