20A Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 not affected

• Nothing in this Part, and no steps taken in compliance or purported compliance with this Part, limits or affects—

  • (a) the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992; or

  • (b) the obligations of any person under that Act.
