An Act to make provision with respect to public finances and other matters
BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:
(1) This Act may be cited as the Finance Act (No 3) 1990.
(2) Except as provided in section 8(6) of this Act, this Act shall come into force on the day on which it receives the Royal assent.
This Act binds the Crown.
