115 Time limits for notification of decision

(1)

Notice of a decision on an application for a resource consent must be given under section 114 within the time limits in this section.

(2)

If a hearing is held, notice of the decision must be given within 15 working days after the end of the hearing.

(3)

If the application was not notified and a hearing is not held, notice of the decision must be given within 20 working days after the date the application was first lodged with the authority.

(4)

If the application was notified and a hearing is not held, notice of the decision must be given within 20 working days after the closing date for submissions on the application.

(4A)

Despite anything else in this section, if the application is a fast-track application, notice of the decision must be given within 10 working days after the date the application was first lodged with the authority.
