Acts are laws made by Parliament
Where, on any application made under section 17 of this Act in respect of any interest in any property, the Court has made an order under section 18(1)(d)(ii) of this Act declaring that there is payable by the Crown to the applicant an amount equal to the value of the interest declared by the Court, an amount equal to the amount so declared shall be deducted from any amount required to be paid, under section 19(5)(b) of this Act, to that applicant in respect of that interest.
