Industry Training Act 1992 No 55 (as at 01 January 2008), Public Act

14 Technicians Training Act 1967 and Apprenticeship Act 1983 repealed

  • (1) The Technicians Training Act 1967 and the Apprenticeship Act 1983 are hereby repealed.

    (2) The enactments specified in Schedule 1 to this Act are hereby consequentially repealed.

    (3) The Orders in Council specified in Schedule 3 to this Act are hereby consequentially revoked.
