Acts are laws made by Parliament
Section 9 of the Minimum Wage Act 1983 is hereby consequentially amended by repealing paragraph (a), and substituting the following paragraph:
“(a) Apprentices under apprenticeship contracts (within the meaning of section 2 of the Industry Training Act 1992):”.
