21 Request for enforcement of orders made under Proceeds of Crime Act
  • The Attorney-General may request a foreign country to make arrangements for the enforcement of a forfeiture order, a pecuniary penalty order, or a restraining order, where there are reasonable grounds for believing that some or all of the property in respect of which the order is made is located in that foreign country.
