(1) This Act may be cited as the Ship Registration Act 1992.
(2) Section 93 of this Act shall come into force 6 months after the commencement of this Act.
(3) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, this Act shall come into force on the 28th day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
