Privacy Act 1993 No 28 (as at 29 June 2009), Public Act

1 Short Title and commencement

  • (1) This Act may be cited as the Privacy Act 1993.

    (2) Except as provided by section 31(2) of this Act, this Act shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1993.
