24 Annual report

• (1) Without limiting the right of the Commissioner to report at any other time, but subject to section 120 of this Act, the annual report of the Commissioner under section 150 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 must include a report with respect to the operation of this Act during the year to which the report relates.
