20H Administrative provisions set out in Schedules 1 and 2

• (1) Schedule 1 applies in respect of the Commission.

  (2) Schedule 2 applies in respect of the Office.

  Sections 20A to 20H were inserted, as from 1 January 2002, by section 5 Human Rights Amendment Act 2001 (2001 No 96).
