122 Assistance to be given to Electoral Commission

(1)

All constables—

(a)

must, at the Electoral Commission’s request, assist the Electoral Commission by informing it of the name of any person whom they have reason to believe is qualified to be registered as an elector but is not registered, or is registered but is not qualified to be registered; and

(b)

must give the Electoral Commission any information the Electoral Commission requests relating to the qualifications of any person for registration as an elector.

(2)

All constables must also assist the Electoral Commission by making such inquiries and obtaining such information as he or she requests.
