Every person commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding,—
(a) in the case of a individual, $3,000; or
(b) in the case of a body corporate, $10,000,—
who acts in contravention of, or fails to comply with, section 37(5) or section 37(6) or section 49(3) or section 67(3).
