Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) As soon as practicable after the making of a determination under section 11 of this Act, the Clerk of the House of Representatives shall approve in writing, in relation to the indicative referendum petition, the form to be used for the collection of signatures to the petition.
(2) The Clerk of the House of Representatives may consult the Government Statistician and such other persons as the Clerk of the House of Representatives thinks fit about the suitability of any form.
