23 Delegation of functions of Clerk of the House of Representatives

• (1) The Clerk of the House of Representatives shall not delegate to any other person (other than the Deputy Clerk of the House of Representatives) all or any of the Clerk's functions under any of the provisions of sections 9, 11, 12, 13, 18, and 19.

  (2) Nothing in this section affects the operation of section 5 or section 6 of the Clerk of the House of Representatives Act 1988.
